Processing Time

All orders are made to order.
Processing time is typically 2–5 business days.
During holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped immediately.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
Rest of the World: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment locations. In these cases, you may receive your order in separate packages at no additional shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
